Emma is a People, Culture, and Talent specialist with a proven track record in building high-performing, engaged workforces. Starting her career with global recruitment firm Michael Page, where she lead teams recruiting across the UK, before expanding her expertise from talent acquisition, to retention, strategic HR leadership and people operations.
Emma has partnered with leading brands including Gymshark, Greene King, Nadine Merabi and The Beauty Tech Group, working on a fractional or contract basis often as a first strategic HR lead.
