Our Story

Sandbeck Green was born out of a simple belief: recruitment should be personal, honest, and built on genuine partnerships.


After spending 10 years in corporate recruitment, I saw first-hand how many businesses were struggling to find the right people. Too often, recruitment felt transactional, lacking the care and transparency that growing companies truly need. I knew there had to be a better way - so I set out to create an agency that put relationships first.


Since then, Sandbeck Green has evolved alongside the businesses we support. I’ve had the privilege of leading People & Talent teams for some of the UK’s fastest-growing brands, building the foundations that helped them scale with confidence.
